The Facts on Gaming

Gambling is already occurring in Kentucky, including casino gambling
Kentuckians are not new participants in the gambling industry. We have citizens who play the lottery, participate in charitable gaming, attend race meets at the state’s horse tracks, and travel to casinos outside the state. Exhibit A shows the number of participants by the type of gaming and the total amount wagered.
